Stretchy Reformer

Private Session

Duet Session

A Duet Session has a similar design to a Private Session however it caters to two clients to work together. With more individualized attention than a Reformer class, but the fun of having a buddy, duets are a great option to achieve personal goals and needs in an intimate, tailored setting.

Nidra Yoga

Nidra Yoga is a deeply restorative guided meditation that promotes profound relaxation, soothes the nervous system, eases stress, enhances sleep quality and refreshes mental clarity — all while you lie down comfortably and effortlessly.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice known as the “yoga of awareness.”
