I practice Pilates because it brings so much joy and energy. I always feel grounded and energised after my Pilates practice.
What motivates me as an instructor is teaching people how to move better and feel better in their own bodies. I love the connection between client and teacher and Pilates – it’s unique.
When I’m teaching Pilates I’m in my element. I’m curious, I’m present and I’m committed. It fascinates me how each client experiences Pilates differently and how each exercise resonates with people for different reasons. I get to learn as much as I teach every day. My teaching is forever evolving and I love that.

I practice Pilates because it gives me a sense of wellness. Pilates calms my soul and keeps me physically strong, mobile and in shape.
What motivates me as an instructor is the certainty that Pilates can change a person’s life. Seeing my clients improve their quality of life through movement is what inspires me the most.
When I’m teaching Pilates I’m present. I teach with my heart, I listen and I do my best to make sure my clients walk out of my sessions with a smile.

I practice Pilates because it never fails to bring me joy. The purposeful connection of mind to body – body to breath, always leaves me feeling invigorated and happy.
What motivates me as an instructor is seeing people thrive through mindful movement. I love to witness their progression and watch as they develop a love for the Pilates movement.
When I’m teaching Pilates I like to remind the class of how amazing their bodies are. I am always in awe of how intricate our internal systems are, yet they harmonise as one dynamic orchestra to perform a symphony of flowing movements. By practicing Pilates we keep our ‘instruments’ fine-tuned and in sync!

What motivates me as an instructor is seeing my clients feeling better in their bodies and happier in their minds during and after their sessions.
When I’m teaching Pilates I like to focus on each client’s needs and make sure that I address that when programming their sessions.

I practice Pilates because it makes me feel stronger and more flexible than I have ever been before, when I do something new in a class I also feel that sense of achievement.
What motivates me as an instructor comes from seeing changes in my clients, I love helping people on their movement journey, especially when we can minimise pain and increase movement from a young age and especially for those older clients.
When I’m teaching Pilates I talk a lot, as I feel I have a lot to give and there’s never enough time to get it all out, hopefully that means you will come back.

When I’m teaching Pilates I love to see and hear of client’s light bulb moments when completing exercises, appreciating the importance of the Mind Body connection, and the impact Pilates has had on their health.

I practice Pilates because it gives me a sense of strength and control. I found Pilates through my injury rehabilitation and it helps me feel connected and able to understand the feedback my body is presenting.
What motivates me as an instructor I help people with whatever their goals are. There are so many great reasons to practice Pilates; from flexibility to pain management. I love watching people start to make the connections, begin to move with confidence and really enjoy themselves at the same time.
When I’m teaching Pilates I like to keep the client engaged, safe and have a little fun. Movement should be enjoyed, and a little laughter is good for the abdominals!
